Terms and Conditions
1. Our Website
The Woodville Community Dog Training Centre (WCDTC) website is provided on an as-is basis. When updates to information on the website are required, we endeavour to make those changes as soon as practicable. Those changes include, but are not limited to – pricing, class information, membership inclusions or exclusions, and training information.
2. Our Training
The WCDTC is committed to providing force free training. We provide owners with current information and training techniques to enable them to effectively train their dogs.
3. Membership requirements
Dogs must be a minimum of 12 weeks old at time of registration and fully vaccinated.
4. Cancellation of a new membership
New memberships can be cancelled in writing up to one week prior to attending the Induction Session, and receive a refund (full amount paid minus a $5.00 administration fee). No refunds will be provided after the stated period.

5. Membership renewals
All memberships renew on a yearly basis on the anniversary of initial registration. Renewal reminders will be sent out via email.
6. Termination of membership by you
You can terminate your membership at any time by cancelling your membership through the website.
Please note – refunds are not applicable.
7. Termination of membership by us
We reserve the right to terminate any membership where it is found that misleading or false information has been provided through the enrolment process. Refunds might be provided depending on the circumstances and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
If it is found that group training is not the appropriate training environment for your dog, we will provide you with information for other training techniques that might be appropriate, such as one-on-one, and also provide a full refund.
Memberships may also be terminated due to inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards any of our volunteers or other members. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
8. Lapse of membership
Memberships shall be deemed to have lapsed if a member has not attended any classes over a 3 month period, and has not notified their trainer that they will not be attending.
Members who return after the 3 month period, will be required to re-join the club, and pay another joining fee before attending classes.

10. Changes to our Terms and Conditions
From time to time, we may need to change these Terms and Conditions to reflect our changing business practices. We may therefore change our Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on this website.
