- Directly from you. For example – when you sign-up for membership at the clubrooms.
- Records of any e-mails, or other correspondence that you send via the website, or directly to the clubrooms.
- When you sign up for our Mailing List.
Your information is collected by us as described above and stored on a database held by us or Mailchimp.
You have control over any personal information we collect from you and emails sent to you via Mailchimp provide you with the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving any future mailings.
We do not track or collect information from visitors to our website. If a visitor subscribes to our mailing list their information is sent through to Mailchimp.

Your personal information may be used by us in a number of ways, including:
- For the purpose for which the information was requested.
- To promote WCDTC’s services.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on – unsubscribe from this list – at the bottom of any newsletter or notification you receive from us via Mailchimp, or you can email us at email@example.com.
